Our Journey So Far
Since 1979, Pacey Truck Services has been keeping trucks and heavy vehicles on the road with reliable, transparent service. What started with Phillip Pacey has grown into a trusted workshop, now led by Metua Umaki. The workshop became family-owned in 2016 — and remains so today.
Over the years, we’ve expanded our services to include panel beating and truck fabrication, alongside our mechanical service. Even as we’ve grown, our approach hasn’t changed — we’ve always believed in doing things properly, the way they should be done.
Being a long-standing local workshop means we’ve seen generations of drivers, owners, and businesses come through our doors. It’s a reminder of how far we’ve come and the responsibility we carry moving forward.

Who We Work With
Some jobs are completed through external companies we trust
Auckland Tyre Doctors take care of our tyre supply, fitting, alignment, vulcanising, and casing disposal. They’ve supported us well for over 13 years and continue to be a dependable part of our workflow.
Commercial Auto Electric handle electrical work on trucks, including diagnostics, wiring, and electrical repairs. We’ve worked with them since 2019.
We enjoy sharing some of the work we do around the workshop. Check it out below
