Custom 2-tonne single-axle duct trailer.

The completed trailer features:

  • Custom-fabricated 2-tonne single-axle frame
  • Rollers and roller mounts for carrying ducting
  • Step ladder fitted to each side of the trailer
  • Additional rear rollers as requested
  • Lights and wiring
  • Axle and hub assembly
  • Brake lines and brake calipers

This Hino Dutro was brought in for COF preparation. After passing its COF, rust on the body was advised to be cleaned up. The rusted areas were cleaned and treated with rust converter, followed by applying primer. The sides and tailgate were then painted white.

After being involved in an accident, this Toyota Dyna required repairs including full dash removal, cab and pillar repairs, replacement panels, repainting and complete reassembly.
Once the repairs were completed, the vehicle received a full service before being presented for a COF inspection, which it passed. An LT400 was also issued.

This Volvo FH12 involved a complete cab repaint, including preparation, refinishing and reassembly of the cab panels. The marker lights and cab tilt system were also repaired as part of the job.

This Mitsubishi Fuso Super Great received a complete cab repaint as part of a color change from green to white.

Custom 3.5-ton towbar, built to a TMC design.

The completed towbar features:

  • Fully fabricated and welded
  • Painted black
  • Fitted with a 1 7/8″ tow ball
  • Wired with a 7-pin trailer plug
  • LT400 Certification

This Hino 300 arrived at the workshop following an accident, with damage to the front.
The front end was dismantled, which included removing the dashboard, heater and air conditioning box, and wiring loom.
The front panel was removed and replaced, the front chassis rails were pulled and aligned, and the front chassis crossmember was replaced. The chassis alignment was then checked before the truck was put back together with new bumper irons and a new front bumper.
A new windscreen was supplied and fitted by Total Truck Glass, with the bumper modified to suit the radar. The windscreen and radar were calibrated.
